The label is from the Braxton County Chapter Sutton. W. Va. Overall fairly good condition. The label has some staining. The scarf looks like it has be washed a few times and is quite fuzzy. I have tried several different rolls of velcro. What sets this brand apart is that it is thinner than the others I have used, so when wrapped around cables is not as bulky. It does grip as it should.
