These do not bunch up while he's sitting, moving around, or pulling up his pants, and are comfortable with pants with a snugger fit around the legs and pelvis. I guess I'm not built quite like the guy in the photo. I found these to be a little baggy. I buy briefs because I don't want baggy. They were, however, comfortable enough. I liked the wider waist band and the elastic was fine. I wouldn't buy them again though.
