It was based on the UK seats, but with the addition of a fixed high back style headrest with the reclining seat. The new design incorporated vertical flutes in the seat centres but is not perforated unlike its black vinyl counterpart. Product was as described. Works well. I use it for measuring the amount of coffee for my drip coffee maker. I have not done any testing with respect to actual accuracy so cannot comment.
