XO WINE CO PINOT GRISThis small batch Pinot Gris is slightly off centre! Almost Salmon Rose in colour, this wine has a luscious Rose petal and Turkish delight characters with saline minerality and subtle savoury textural finish. A small portion underwent Carbonic maceration while then finishing fermentation in old French oak barrels. 50% of the blend was crushed to open fermenters for 4 days before finishing ferment in stainless steel, the balance had minimal skin contact

The iTEP Practice Guide combines a no-nonsense approach to the specific iTEP tests and at the same time offers exercises that task the student with what they need to know. Exercises not only serve the purpose of scoring well, but the overall approach is communicative competence. We use the text in our group and one-to-one classes with very positive--and lasting--results.
