Valdespino Don Gonzalo Oloroso Viejo VOS Aged 20 Years NV 37.5clFermentation takes place in 600 litre American oak barrels. Once fermentation is finished, when 13% alcohol is reached, the Oloroso is then it is fortified to 18%, and allowed to age 100% oxidatively. OK - I'm happy with most of the kit. The dead corner brushes are crammed into small bag and bent out of shape. It looks like 2 of the 6 in the kit I received might be usable. Since I can get 3 of these for the cost of the OEM kit, I suppose I'm still ahead of the game, but it would be nice if a little more care was taken in the packaging.
